In order to better execute its mission and achieve the goals that are inherent in Enviroil II - Reciclagem de Óleos Usados, Lda., considers it essential to implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System and Environment, To Comply with the NP EN ISO 9001 and NP EN ISO 14001, taking into account the resources needed for the development of the effectiveness and efficiency of key processes to continuously improve the organization's performance and its environmental sustainability.

Therefore operates according to the following assumptions:

• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty, guaranteeing effective and adequate communication, aiming to anticipate their needs and expectations;
• Establish objectives and goals for the different processes, measuring and evaluating the results obtained and taking the necessary actions to their recommendation;

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulations, reference standards and other requirements that the organization subscribes to, namely compliance with the provisions of its Environmental License;
• Commitment to continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system, including periodically reviewing the principles, objectives and targets taking into account processes, environmental impacts in order to ensure sustainable development and continuous improvement.
